Overview

We\'re recruiting Care Assistants for weekend night shifts at Bentley Grange in Hailsham, supporting clients in their own homes. If you\'re kind, sociable, and passionate about making a difference, this could be the perfect role for you — no experience required.

Bentley Grange is an Extra Care facility, designed to support independent living in a safe and caring environment. Residents are free to come and go, with staff available to assist with daily needs.

Responsibilities

• Personal care (such as continence support, washing, dressing)
• Medication management
• Meal preparation
• Light domestic tasks
• Provide companionship, reassurance, and a sense of comfort to those you support

Shift patterns

We are now recruiting Care staff to work a variety of shift patterns, including Night shifts available from either 10pm-7am or 8pm-8am. Alternate weekends and 4pm-10pm shifts, on both a full‑time and part‑time basis.
