Tired of travelling around? – we have a great opportunity for community-based carers to transition into working at a single location!
Are you currently supporting the elderly in their homes and love the work, but find the constant travelling exhausting? We may have the perfect opportunity for you.
We’re looking for an experienced Care Assistant to cover early shifts within a residential service where each resident has their own apartment. Care is delivered on-site by a dedicated team, with scheduled calls managed on a rota to meet individual needs—offering the feel of community care without the travel.
The residents are semi-independent, but the role includes personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, domestic duties, and occasional shopping trips in the local area. Some residents require double-up care and assisted moving using hoists and other mobility aids.
If you’re looking for a fresh start in a supportive environment with consistent hours and a strong sense of community, apply today!
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
Please note that we do not offer sponsorships
