As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You'll assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share moments and memories. Each day will be different, offering varied and rewarding work. As well as competitive pay, you can look forward to a role that offers true flexibility and plenty of free learning and development opportunities. As one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, we take the growth of everyone who works for us seriously.
As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.
If you'd like to use your people skills in an organisation that provides the quality care you'd expect for your loved ones, this is a rewarding place to be.
