As a Care Assistant in Glastonbury, Somerset, you'll take the lead in providing exceptional care and support to residents. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of care delivery, supporting and mentoring colleagues, and ensuring residents' safety, dignity, and well‑being at all times.
