A leading care provider in the UK is seeking a part-time Complex Care Assistant to support individuals with challenging behaviors and learning disabilities. No prior care experience is necessary as full training and clinical support will be provided. The ideal candidate should be caring, patient, and enthusiastic about promoting client independence. Supporting our client with challenging behaviour and learning disabilities who lives in a supported living complex she enjoys trips out and keeping busy in her own home. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and will support her to live as independently as possible. The ideal candidate will be committed to promoting her independence and enhancing her quality of life someone that is patient caring and encouraging. Our client has a cat so animal lovers are welcome to apply.
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas.
You dont need any care experience to apply for this role just plenty of care compassion and resilience as we provide full nurse-led training.
