Are you an experienced Health Care Assistant (HCA) looking for a rewarding role supporting patients in an urgent treatment setting? Service Care Solutions is seeking dedicated HCAs to join a busy Urgent Treatment Centre in Birmingham on a long‑term contract basis. Duties
  • Performing general patient care tasks including health checks, assisting with mobility, and monitoring patient conditions
  • Supporting medical staff and healthcare professionals in a fast‑paced urgent treatment environment
  • Caring for patients of all ages, including pediatric and adult populations
  • Ensuring all documentation and clinical notes are accurately completed and maintained
  • Upholding hygiene standards and maintaining a safe clinical environment
  • Responding swiftly to patient needs, complaints, and emergencies
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven HCA experience working within a UK Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) or Accident & Emergency (A&E) department
  • Experience treating patients of all ages, including paediatric and adult patients
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • NHS Smartcard
  • Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
