Path2 are seeking Onsite Support Workers to work with their leading Nottingham based client based in the NG3 area.

Responsibilities

• As a support worker you will be an essential part of our resident's day to day lives and will provide high quality support tailored to individual needs.
• Support adults with different needs such as learning disabilities, autism and mental health difficulties.
• Assist with health and medication needs.
• Help with shopping and any essential needs.
