Pay rate: £13.00 - £14.50 per hour

Our client, a well‑established care home in Inverness, is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join their friendly and supportive team. About the Home

The care home provides a warm, welcoming, and homely environment where residents are supported to live comfortably and with dignity. The home offers 30 single bedrooms, each with an en‑suite toilet and washing facilities. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture and personal possessions to create a familiar and reassuring space that truly feels like home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑quality personal care and support to residents
  • Assist with mobility, mealtimes, and daily activities
  • Promote independence, dignity, and emotional well‑being
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Follow individual care plans and report any changes in condition
