Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team in Huntingdon. We are looking to cover evenings, weekends and daytimes shifts. As a Care Professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized care and support in their homes.

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and medication management
• Prepare nutritious meals and help with light housekeeping tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behaviour to supervisors
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care records
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment for clients
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications
