We are now looking for caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. Whether you are already experienced in care or completely new to the sector, we will support you with full training and guidance to ensure you feel confident and valued in your role.

What We Offer

  • £12.21 per hour
  • Full time or part time contracts available
  • Day and night shifts to suit your lifestyle
  • Paid DBS, Uniform provided
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

What You Will Do
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with kindness, compassion, and respect. Every day will be different, but your work will always make a meaningful difference. You will help residents with daily routines such as washing, dressing, and mealtimes, while encouraging independence wherever possible.

You will spend time getting to know each resident, supporting their wellbeing and ensuring their care plan is followed. You’ll also provide companionship, a listening ear, and a friendly smile – sometimes the little things mean the most.

You will work closely with the wider care team, helping to create a safe, clean, and comfortable home where residents feel truly at ease. And above all, you’ll bring joy, dignity, and respect to the lives of those you care for.

About You
You may already have experience in care, or this might be your first step into the sector. What matters most is your kindness, reliability, and genuine passion for helping others. We will give you all the training and ongoing support you need to succeed.

An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential – if you are committed to learning and growing with us, we’d love to help you achieve it.
