This is a role as a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. As a Care Assistant, your primary focus will be to deliver excellent personal care to residents, working closely with the care team to maintain continuity of services. You will be required to work in a safe and efficient manner, demonstrating initiative and adaptability to cover a range of responsibilities.

However, you must have the ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents and colleagues, and be an efficient worker who can carry out reasonable instructions.
