As a Care Assistant, you will be making a positive impact on residents' lives every day by delivering high-quality personal care and supporting the close-knit care team.
Your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services, assist residents with personal hygiene, recognise and understand clinical risk areas, and act courteously towards residents and visitors. You will practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks. Avery offers a thorough induction and training programme to ensure you feel confident in your role, even if you don't have prior experience.
