Role

Care Assistant (multiple positions available due to business growth)

Responsibilities

Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to residents, including physical and personal care, and support them in social activities. Promote and enhance residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, encouraging independence and self-confidence.

Qualifications

Show genuine passion for providing exceptional care. Be friendly and easy to communicate with residents and colleagues. Preferably hold a care certificate or willingness to obtain one. Pass a satisfactory DBS check, provide references, and hold the right to work clearance from the Home Office.

Hours & Schedule

24 hours per week, 4 shifts per week on a rota basis. Shifts: 7 am‑1 pm / 4 pm‑10 pm, covering alternate weekends.
