Overview

We are looking for Care Professionals to visit our local clients in their own homes. Our high-quality care is rated CQC Outstanding, with care calls that are an hour as a minimum. Our Care Professionals regularly see the same clients and a bond quickly develops. If you're looking for a profession where you can make a difference, then we can't wait to hear from you. Responsibilities
  • Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction during visits.
  • Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework.
  • Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, or attending social/community events.
  • Assisting clients with their medication as required.
  • Personal care - supporting clients with essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent (where required).
  • Minimum of 1-hour visits to clients to allow time to care and get to know each client.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Full driving licence and access to a fully insured car.
  • A warm, caring nature and enjoyment of chatting with people.
  • Reliability and responsibility.
  • Live locally or be willing to travel to clients.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in care (personal, dementia, or other) is valuable; however, full training will be provided.
  • No experience necessary – our training is industry leading.
