A modern care home is seeking a full-time Care Assistant to provide essential support for residents’ daily routines and health needs in Bridgwater. The ideal candidate should possess an SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and have a passion for caring for the elderly. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care plans, promoting independence, and ensuring the safety and comfort of all residents. Casa di Lusso Care Home is a modern, purpose‑built home in Bridgwater, offering expert Dementia care for up to 88 residents, with the latest care technology ensuring comfort and peace of mind.
At our home, you’ll be a key person responsible in helping us achieve an excellent standard of care to our residents. You’ll be an integral part of our care team to promote the values and ethos of our home.
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our close‑knit care team, ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and support. You’ll help them with their daily routines, promote independence, and ensure their overall health and happiness are prioritised every day.
SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
Experience: Ideally, you have at least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant, but we welcome those with a passion for care and transferable skills.
