Overview

Car Sales Executive — Edinburgh

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 with uncapped commission and a company car. Average earnings £49k OTE.

Do you have experience in selling new or used vehicles? If not, transferable experience in Furniture, Carpets, Mobile Phones is recognised when demonstrating sales skills.

We offer a generous package with a lower target for the first 3 months to help you earn commission early, and a rota with 2 weekends off per month where possible. We have several Car Sales Executive roles with dedicated showrooms and preferred manufacturers, including some premium brands.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting potential customers with steady footfall to the dealership
• Contacting potential customers or previous customers to arrange appointments
• Using a consultative sales approach to match the right car to the customer’s needs
• Arranging test drives
• Opportunities to earn additional bonuses through cross-selling services (e.g., service plans, damage protection plans)

Requirements

• Car sales experience or transferable skills from roles such as Mobile Phone sales, Furniture sales, or Carpet sales
• Self-motivated and money-driven
