Overview

Sales Account Manager ( Automotive )- 25k-35k plus uncapped bonus Schedule: Monday to Friday only - no weekends Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Salary: Basic salary (negotiable) + uncapped monthly commission Year 1 OTE: £45-55k Year 2 OTE: £60-80k Year 3 OTE: £100k+


About the Role

You'll handle inbound calls only - no cold calling and no admin - just quoting and arranging deals over the phone. You'll be part of a friendly, driven team and have the chance to build a strong client portfolio (personal and business customers).


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and grow your own customer accounts

  • Provide quotes and close deals over the phone

  • Generate new business

  • Work to KPIs

  • Maintain accurate customer records

  • Follow FCA guidelines


About You


  • Proven sales experience is essential

  • Telephone-based sales experience is a big plus

  • Confident communicator with strong attention to detail

  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and eager to succeed

  • Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
