Responsibilities
  • Safely and sensibly operate a company vehicle to deliver car parts to local customers.
  • Plan and organise delivery routes to maximise efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Load and unload car parts from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
  • Verify the accuracy of delivery orders by comparing them with the provided documentation.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organised delivery vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while on the road.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory management and efficient order fulfilment.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to deliveries, including delivery confirmations and customer signatures.
