An exciting opportunity has arisen within the ITS Capability & Talent Team for a Capability & Talent Development Manager. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to harness data from all areas of capability and talent within the IT directorate including internal training, apprenticeships, development programmes, school and college engagement, and career frameworks to generate actionable insights and robust reporting. You will leverage advanced tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and DAX to collect, analyze, and visualize complex datasets. Your work will directly inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement across the directorate. A key aspect of your role will be the development and implementation of skills assessment tools, enabling the organization to identify skills gaps and measure progress effectively. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be essential, as you source solutions and support the development of capability across ITS. You will take ownership of your projects, while also providing support and cover across the team as needed.
