Cancer MDT Co-ordinator

The Cancer Multidisciplinary Team Co-ordinator (MDTc) plays a vital role in delivering a high-quality, comprehensive Cancer MDT Co-ordination Service across all tumour sites. The post holder will support the smooth operation of cancer services by coordinating and managing the administrative processes of MDT meetings. This includes ensuring accurate patient data is recorded, tracking cancer pathways to meet national targets, and facilitating communication between clinicians, administrative teams and patients.

Job responsibilities

Within this role, you will support the delivery of high‑quality cancer care by ensuring efficient coordination of MDT meetings, tracking patient pathways and acting as a key liaison between clinical teams, administrative staff and external stakeholders. The MDTc facilitates timely decision‑making and treatment planning for cancer patients.

Working pattern

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday (08:00–16:00).

Contract details

This is a fixed term contract from 01/02/2026 to 31/01/2027. For current NHS employees, this post could be a secondment opportunity.
