Main Purpose of the Role

Campus Supervisor (Fixed Term until 16 August 2026) - PKC13129
£11,252 - £12,050 (13.2 Hours per week, Term-time only)

Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for supporting education and community engagement?

If so, we are seeking a dedicated Community Campus Supervisor to help ensure the smooth and effective operation of our campus, supporting both school and community use.

About the Role

As a key member of our campus team, you will work closely with the Community Campus Leader to support the day-to-day running of the campus. This includes overseeing administrative and financial processes, managing bookings and lettings, coordinating resources, and acting as the campus duty manager in line with the Investment in Learning Contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the CCL with campus organisation, including admin, finance, and management information systems.
  • Act as campus duty manager and school representative when required.
  • Oversee bookings and lettings of campus spaces, balancing school and community needs.
  • Liaise with services to support the use of campus resources (e.g. IT, AV, furniture).
  • Ensure Council protocols are followed for equipment use, maintenance, and replacement.
  • Support property-related issues and liaise with service providers.
  • Monitor service quality and seek continuous improvements.
  • Administrative & Financial Duties.
  • Manage campus stationery, printing, and office equipment purchases.
  • Handle cash reconciliation and invoicing.
  • Liaise with central finance teams to recover outstanding debts.
  • Apply best value principles in purchasing and resource use.
  • Information & Staffing Support.
  • Collect and monitor statistical and performance data.
  • Maintain records in line with Data Protection and FOI legislation.
  • Support personnel procedures and staff development reviews.
  • Project & Facilities Management.
  • Contribute to campus improvement projects.
  • Ensure health and safety practices are followed and provide emergency first aid.
  • Oversee security arrangements, including smartcard access.
  • Take a proactive role in campus development activities.
