Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking a Campaigns Lead at Senior Manager level to own the campaign engine, turning requests into briefs and sequenced plans for channel teams. You will be the single accountability point for campaign quality, pace and impact across the portfolio, with hybrid UK-wide work and travel to London as needed.

The role is newly formed within Commercial Growth & Strategy, with scope to shape how campaigns are run, lead a team of eight, and collaborate across GTM and service

• Proven experience leading a multi-channel campaign function at senior level.
• Experience turning business needs into scoped, qualified briefs.

• Own and evolve the campaign framework across always-on, integrated, brand and ABM campaigns.
• Manage campaign calendar and prioritisation with senior leaders.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Events, Content, Design and Communications to plan and resource campaigns.
• Run governance and quality checkpoints from brief to close; lead post-campaign reviews.
• Own campaign-level performance reporting for consistency across teams.
• Lead and develop the Campaigns team, including managers.
