Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking a Campaigns Lead at Senior Manager level to own the campaign engine across the firm, turning requests into qualified briefs and sequenced plans for channel teams. Hybrid role across UK offices with travel to London as needed.

You will shape the campaign framework, lead a team of eight including three managers, and ensure prioritisation, governance and measurement against commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a multi-channel campaign function at a senior level.
• Experience managing and developing a campaign team.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Data-driven approach linking results to business outcomes.
• Modern end-to-end campaign planning, including customer journey mapping and segmentation.
• Experience with CRM reporting, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
• Curiosity about AI to improve briefing and planning.
• Self-starter who can set direction and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve our campaign framework across always-on, integrated, brand, proposition-launch, segment, ABM, event and reactive campaigns.
• Hold the campaign calendar and decide how competing requests are prioritised and sequenced.
• Partner with Digital Marketing, Channel Marketing and Events, Content, Design and Communications so campaigns are planned and resourced together.
• Run governance and quality checkpoints from brief through to campaign close, and lead post-campaign reviews.
• Own campaign-level performance reporting for GTM leads and service lines.
• Develop our AI-assisted campaign briefing tools and set standards for responsible AI use in planning.
• Lead and develop the Campaigns team of around eight people, including three managers.
