Job summary

Grant Thornton UK LLP seeks a Campaigns Lead at Senior Manager level to own the campaign engine, turning requests into qualified briefs and sequenced plans for GTM delivery. You’ll shape the framework, upskill the team and drive consistent, high-quality campaigns across channels.

You’ll lead governance, measure commercial impact, and partner with marketing disciplines to maximise outcomes while evolving AI-assisted briefing tools and analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a multi-channel campaign function at senior level and managing a campaign team.

Responsibilities

• Turn business needs into scoped, qualified campaign briefs with clear objectives and success measures.
• Own and evolve the campaign framework across always-on, brand, ABM, events and reactive campaigns.
• Prioritise campaigns and sequence work with the Head of Demand Generation.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Channel Marketing, Events, Content, Design and Communications to plan resources.
• Run governance and quality checkpoints from brief to close and lead post-campaign reviews.
