Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking a Campaigns Lead at Senior Manager level to own the campaign engine, turning requests from across the firm into clear, qualified briefs and sequenced plans that our channel teams can deliver. This hybrid role can be based at any UK office, with travel to London as needed.

You will upskill the team, shape the campaign framework, and supervise a Campaigns team of about eight people, including two managers, ensuring prioritisation, governance and measurable

• Proven experience leading a multi-channel campaign function at a senior level.
• Experience managing and developing a campaign team.
• Experience in professional services, financial services, or B2B environments.
• Ability to turn an ambiguous business ask into a scoped, qualified brief quickly.
• Strong stakeholder management with a data-driven approach.

• Turn business needs into scoped, qualified campaign briefs with clear objectives and success measures.
• Own and evolve the campaign framework across all campaign types.
• Manage the campaign calendar and prioritise/sequenced requests.
• Partner with Digital Marketing, Events, Content, Design and Communications to plan and resource campaigns.
• Run governance and post‑campaign reviews to feed learnings into future campaigns.
• Own campaign-level performance reporting for GTM leads and service lines.
• Lead and develop the Campaigns team (about eight people, including two managers).
• Lead and develop AI-assisted campaign briefing tools and set standards for responsible AI use.
