Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking a Campaigns Lead at Senior Manager level to own the campaign engine within Commercial Growth & Strategy. You will turn requests into briefs and sequenced plans, oversee quality and pace, and ensure campaigns link to commercial outcomes.

The role is hybrid and based in the UK with travel to London as needed, offering scope to shape the framework and upskill a growing team in a transformative marketing function.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading a multi-channel campaign function at a senior level.
• Experience managing and developing a campaign team.
• Experience in professional services, financial services, or another regulated/B2B environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders while collaborating with channel leads.
• Data-driven with ability to tie campaign results to business outcomes.

Mansioni

• Turn business needs into scoped, qualified campaign briefs with clear objectives, audiences and success measures.
• Own and evolve the campaign framework across always-on, integrated, brand, proposition-launch, segment, ABM, event and reactive campaigns.
• Prioritise and sequence campaigns with the Head of Demand Generation.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Channel Marketing, Events, Content, Design and Communications.
• Run governance checkpoints from brief to campaign close and lead post-campaign reviews.
• Own campaign-level performance reporting for GTM leads and service lines.
• Develop AI-assisted campaign briefing tools and set responsible use of AI in planning.
• Lead and develop the Campaigns team of around eight people, including three managers.
