Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking a Campaigns Lead at Senior Manager level to own the campaign engine within Commercial Growth & Strategy. You will turn requests into briefs and sequenced plans, prioritise against capacity, and drive measurable commercial impact across GTM campaigns.

This hybrid UK role involves travel to London as needed and shaping an emerging team. You will lead a team of eight, partner with Digital, Events, Content and CRM teams, and develop AI-assisted briefing tools for

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a multi-channel campaign function at a senior level.
• Experience in managing and developing a campaign team.
• Experience within professional services or financial services is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management to balance priorities with senior leaders.
• Data-driven approach and ability to link campaigns to business outcomes.
• Curiosity about AI to improve briefing and planning processes.

Responsabilités

• Turn business needs into scoped, qualified campaign briefs with clear objectives and success measures.
• Own and evolve the campaign framework across multiple campaign types and channels.
• Manage the campaign calendar and prioritisation with the Head of Demand Generation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and resource campaigns.
• Run governance and post-campaign reviews and report performance.
• Develop AI-assisted briefing tools and promote responsible use of AI in planning.
• Lead and develop the Campaigns team of around eight people, including three managers.
