Job summary

Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking a Campaigns Lead at Senior Manager level to own the campaign engine within Commercial Growth & Strategy. You will turn business needs into scoped briefs, prioritise work across channels and ensure campaigns deliver measurable commercial impact.

You’ll shape the campaign framework, upskill the team, and work with GTM leads and the Head of Demand Generation. The role is hybrid with travel to London as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience leading multi-channel campaigns.
• Proven track record in managing and growing a campaign team.
• Experience in professional services or B2B environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the campaign framework across channels.
• Prioritize requests and sequence campaigns with limited capacity.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver campaigns.
• Lead governance and post-campaign reviews to capture learnings.
