Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking a Campaigns Lead (Senior Manager) to own the campaign engine, turning requests into qualified briefs and sequenced plans for channel teams. You will be accountable for quality, consistency and pace across the portfolio, prioritisation against capacity, and measuring commercial impact.

The role sits in Commercial Growth & Strategy, reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, with hybrid UK placement and travel to London as needed.

Qualificações

• Minimum criteria: proven experience leading a multi-channel campaign function at a senior level, including managing and developing a campaign team.
• Experience in professional services, financial services, or a B2B organisation is preferred.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business asks into scoped, qualified briefs quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Turn business needs into scoped, qualified campaign briefs with clear objectives, audiences and success measures.
• Evolve the campaign framework across always-on, integrated, brand, proposition-launch, segment, ABM, event and reactive campaigns.
• Prioritise and sequence campaigns with the Head of Demand Generation.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Channel Marketing and Events, Content, Design and Communications to plan and resource campaigns.
• Run governance and quality checkpoints from brief to close, and lead post-campaign reviews for learning.
• Own campaign-level performance reporting for GTM leads and service line teams.
• Lead development of AI-assisted campaign briefing tools and promote responsible AI use in planning.
• Lead and develop the Campaigns team of around eight people, including three managers.
