Job summary

Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking a Campaigns Lead (Senior Manager) to own the marketing campaign engine across the firm. You’ll translate requests into qualified briefs, sequence plans, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable commercial impact. The role sits in Commercial Growth & Strategy with travel to London as needed.

You’ll shape how the team works, partnering with GTM leads and internal functions to deliver consistent, high‑quality campaigns at scale.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience leading a multi-channel campaign function.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a campaign team.
• Experience in professional services or B2B environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you’ll own and evolve the campaign framework across always-on, integrated, brand, proposition-launch, ABM, event and reactive campaigns.
• You’ll manage campaign calendars, prioritise requests and sequence work with the Head of Demand Generation.
• You’ll partner with Digital Marketing, Channel Marketing, Events, Content, Design and Communications to plan and resource campaigns.
• You’ll run governance, post‑campaign reviews and provide consistent performance reporting.
