Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care programs for children and families.
• Undertake risk assessment for individual children, young people and their families/carers.
• Responsibility for the assessment, treatment and discharge of children, young people and their families/carers.
• Treatment of young people with mental health problems at risk of self-harm.
• Clinical record keeping including electronic data entry.
