Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in building surveying.
  • A clear intention to progress towards RICS accreditation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with building condition surveys and defect inspections.
  • Prepare technical reports and client documentation.
  • Support the production of specifications and tender packs.
  • Assist with contractor tender reviews and contract documentation.
  • Attend site inspections to monitor quality and safety.
  • Support fee tracking and financial management across projects.
  • Attend client, consultant, and contractor meetings.
  • Travel to site as required across the region.
