Hourly Rate – £15.00

Micro Provider & Self Employed PA's Rate of Pay (£/per hour) – £17.40

Hours Per Week – 6.5

How will the hours be used – The hours can be used flexibly at this time, however the individual would like support on a Sunday morning to attend a singing lesson.

Job Description

We are looking for a calm and confident female PA to support a young lady with a range of different health and support needs. This role will require elements of personal care, including catheterization; full training will be provided by a community nurse specialist to support with this.

This role will require support to engage the individual to access her community and attend leisure activities, such as going to the cinema, shopping and attending a singing lesson on a Sunday morning.

The ideal candidate will have had experience supporting young people with demand avoidance and autism and have some knowledge of ADHD.

You will be required to put the individual's wheelchair in your car to support with accessing the community.

A calm and steady approach will be required, as the individual may struggle to build rapport and a trusting relationship.
