Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Call Centre Adviser to make outbound calls to potential customers. The role requires achieving sales targets and providing ethical advice during sales. Candidates should have previous outbound experience. This position involves handling calls for team members and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and competitors. The adviser will report to the Head of Sales regularly.

Responsibilities

  • Make calls to prospective customers and handover the call to a Careers Adviser.
  • Ensure meaningful and accurate notes are made on the database after each call.
  • Achieve sales targets set by Future Fit Training.
  • Give ethical advice and sell at all times.
  • Handle calls for team members during busy periods or absences.
  • Update knowledge of FFT products and competitors.
  • Inform the Head of Sales about progress through regular reports.

Our client is looking for a Call Centre Adviser to work at a location in Fareham.

Key Responsibilities for the position include:
  • Make calls to prospective customers and once contacted handover the live call to a Careers Adviser.
  • Conform to the enquiry contact structure at all times and ensure meaningful and accurate notes are made on the database following each call.
  • Ensure sales targets set by Future Fit Training are achieved.
  • Give advice and sell in an ethical way at all times.
  • Handle calls for other team members when required such as busy periods as well as absence through sickness or holidays.
  • Update knowledge of FFT products by reading materials such as the Company’s website, course information sheets and so on.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge of FFT’s competitors by checking their websites and other materials.
  • Keep the Head of Sales informed of the progress of all aspects of your work through regular reports and meetings.
