Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a cafe or restaurant environment.
• Good communication skills and a focus on great customer service.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervise a team, creating a positive environment.
• Act as a responsible key holder.
• Assist with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties.
• Produce weekly rotas following manager's guidelines.
• Place orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
• Delegate tasks effectively.
• Comply with Food Handling and Hygiene standards.
• Follow Health and Safety regulations.

Job description

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
