What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Raising and managing purchase orders in line with internal demand
  • Liaising with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times and delivery schedules
  • Supporting supplier performance reviews and resolving any delivery or quality issues
  • Maintaining accurate data within the MRP/ERP system
  • Monitoring stock levels to support replenishment and avoid shortages or overstocking
  • Contributing to pricing reviews and cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensuring supplier compliance and documentation is kept up to date

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a purchasing, procurement or supply chain role
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to manage supplier relationships
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
