  • Work closely with the MD and Group CFO on high-impact presentations, reports, and board-level materials.
Management and Leadership Duties

As a leader, you play a key role in creating a high-performing, values-led culture - one where people feel motivated, supported, and clear on how they contribute. This means setting direction with clarity, leading with integrity, and empowering your team to do their best work.

You'll help create the conditions for individual and team success by recognising strengths, offering support through challenges, and encouraging ongoing growth. This includes guiding performance and development conversations, supporting succession planning, and ensuring new joiners are welcomed and set up to thrive.

You're also responsible for making sure your team works in line with company policies and expectations, including areas like data protection and recruitment practices. Your decisions should reflect both our immediate needs and long-term priorities.

Above all, you're expected to lead by example - modelling ethical leadership, collaboration, and ownership, and helping to shape a positive and resilient team environment where people can grow with the business.
