Business Technology - Distribution Lead

This is a great job for someone who enjoys leading technology-driven change in asset management, thrives on cross-team collaboration and has hands‑on experience with platforms like Salesforce and Seismic. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, skilled at managing multiple projects, and passionate about delivering innovative solutions for distribution teams while ensuring compliance and high standards.

A bit about the job

Drive the implementation of the strategy and roadmap for the tools and technologies that enable distribution teams to deliver our end‑to‑end proposition to our clients, capturing valuable client and business insights that inform our decision‑making. Lead on the adoption and development of our key platforms – predominantly Salesforce and Seismic – as directed by the Head of CDS.

Skills and experience were looking for
  • Experience delivering change within asset management or financial services with strong analytical and solution design skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management across business IT and support functions and experience working with third‑party IT vendors such as Salesforce or Seismic.
  • Excellent decision‑making and prioritisation skills able to operate effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates personal ownership and responsibility with thorough follow‑through to completion.
  • Quick to learn and upskill on customer and sales solutions with experience managing project scope, timelines and digital initiative delivery.
