Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: NEURODIVERSITY SPARKA supervised administrative and operational role supporting the day-to‑day running of Spark. Duties include CRM management, documentation control, scheduling support, digital systems management and assisting with project coordination in a structured, well‑supervised environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare minutes, attendance logs, summaries and structured documentation.
  • Manage digital filing systems and version control.
  • Support scheduling for meetings, training sessions and events.
  • Prepare accessibility‑compliant Word/PDF reports.
  • Maintain membership CRM data (attendance logs, groups, tags).
  • Assist with risk assessment paperwork and event admin.
  • Support procurement logs, invoice trails and basic financial admin.
  • Update project tracking boards and operational progress lists.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic IT competence (email, Word, Excel or Google equivalents).
  • Ability to follow structured procedures.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Willingness to learn digital systems.

Job Start Opportunity – Working Hours Information:
Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
