Are you an engaging individual who is known for their exceptional organisational skills and with a love for delivering first class service? We have just the role for you as an administrator (internally known as a Business Services Coordinator) supporting members of the National Trust management team in the Southwest.
You'll be part of a small team that works across the region, and you can be based at any of our four offices at Bristol, Exeter, Tisbury or Bodmin but with an opportunity for some hybrid working.

The role will have responsibility for providing direct support to two assistant directors, liaising across our operational and specialist delivery teams and managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
You'll be confident in overseeing challenging diaries, organising meetings including agenda planning and note-taking, and managing travel arrangements. You'll be highly organised and proactive with the ability to prioritise workloads, anticipate clients’ needs in advance and effectively manage expectations.
