A child advocacy organization in Croydon seeks a Business Service Officer to manage case progression and provide administrative support to Family Court Advisers. The role requires a relevant qualification in business administration or significant experience, along with proficiency in MS Office and clear communication skills. We are recruiting for a Business Service Officer in our Croydon office.

Whilst this role is part of a team based from our office in Croydon your proximity to the office doesn’t always have to be a critical consideration.

As a Business Services Officer you will contribute to the effective and efficient management and progression of cases providing administrative support to the local Family Court Advisers and Service Managers. Should you join us your tasks will include:
