A leading housing association is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join their Transformation team. The ideal candidate will work in Dartford, focusing on business improvement activities and collaborating with project managers. You'll analyze processes, conduct reviews, and ensure successful project delivery. This role offers a competitive salary and supports flexible working arrangements.
Role: Business Process Analyst
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Salary: £49,200 to £61,500 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent
We are looking for a Business Analyst professional, with experience in the housing or real estate sector. You will be joining our Transformation team!
You will spend time working independently on discrete assignments focused on business improvement activity that you will take a lead role in. In addition, you will operate under the direction of project managers within our larger transformation projects, in which you will be responsible for conducting detailed business analysis to aid the successful delivery of key projects and in driving continuous improvement across our organisational processes.
We support agile working, so you’ll be provided all IT equipment to work flexibly between your home and at our Dartford office.
