Business & Finance Graduate Salary: £28,000 + excellent benefits + study support Hybrid: 2 days from home / 3 days from the Basingstoke office

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business & Finance Graduate to join a successful and growing technology-led organisation. This role offers an excellent entry point for a commercially minded graduate looking to build a long-term career in business and finance, with exposure to senior stakeholders and structured development including study support.

You will work closely with an experienced senior finance leader, gaining hands-on experience across finance, commercial operations, and wider business activity.

Business & Finance Graduate Experience Requirements:

Essential:

• Minimum 2:1 degree in a Finance / Business related discipline
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Confident communication skills and ability to engage and present to senior stakeholders
• Proactive, organised, and commercially aware

Desirable:

• Exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems
• Previous finance, commercial, or analytical experience

The Role
