F5 office in Poland (Warsaw) is looking for a motivated, German/English/Polish speaking candidate to join our Business Development team. The role involves generating leads, qualifying prospects via calls and email, setting up meetings, and supporting sales growth.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you book a meeting. If you are motivated and results‑driven, and enjoy working in a team environment in‑person, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long‑term business growth.

Professional Background:
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience in a sales related role (inbound or outbound), with a strong interest in building a career in sales.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, prospecting efforts to new markets using market research and data analysis, cold calling and developing sales pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or surpass sales objectives.
  • Product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions and address prospect objections.
Core Skills & Attributes:
  • Proficiency in German/English/Polish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly driven and goal oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in handling objections and maintaining effective follow ups.
  • Quick to learn and able to understand technical products and solutions efficiently.
Technical Skills:
  • Ability to operate within the F5 CRM System and other sales tools. Proficient with using the BDR specific tech stack such as Salesforce.
  • Comfortable using sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, or Groove.
