A prestigious international law firm is searching for a Business Development & Marketing Executive to join their London office. The role-holder will provide support in the delivery of marketing & BD initiatives including producing pitch materials and proposals, supporting RFP/RFI processes, and developing and executing client events.

The Responsibilities:

  • Draft high-quality pitch materials and proposals, ensuring consistency with firm messaging.
  • Manage RFPs and RFIs, coordinating with firm departments for timely responses.
  • Organise client events, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide up-to-date marketing materials, such as experience lists and biographies.
  • Keep pitch templates and practice descriptions current and accessible.
  • Produce reports from databases, support research requests, and generate custom experience lists.
  • Maintain lists, track opportunities, and record key relationships in the CRM system.
  • Oversee directories submissions, including drafting and tracking deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team on marketing strategies.
  • Assist with activities to raise the firm’s profile, including content creation for various platforms.

The Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a law firm or professional services organization.
  • Strong writing and editing abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong time and project management skills, able to prioritise effectively.
  • Undergraduate degree required; legal degree or prior legal experience preferred.
