Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales by effectively engaging with new clients and developing new business prospects to understand their needs and recommending appropriate membership or subscription services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with targeted key customers to win new business.
  • Working to an agreed personal target, to be consistently met.
  • You will use your relationship, client management and negotiation skills to grow our client base by approaching new clients by telephone and email, plus planning and preparing presentations and communicating our product offering via MS Teams.
  • Actively sourcing your own leads for chosen sectors, plus also contacting leads provided.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities to upsell and upgrade, and support the renewal cycle.
  • Work with your colleagues in the company to ensure highest standards of delivery and identify opportunities for up‑selling and cross‑selling to increase company revenue.
  • Develop in‑depth product, market and sector knowledge.
  • Attend, and where necessary, lead client meetings and communicate new product developments, obtaining client feedback.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • 3-5 years proven sales experience with a strong ability to work to targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a genuine drive to develop a career in Sales.
