Job summary

A dynamic recruitment firm is seeking a New Business Development Manager in London, offering hybrid working and a competitive salary between £45k-£50k plus OTE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital and large format printing sales, build relationships with existing clients to generate revenue, and execute targeted sales campaigns. Qualifications

  • Experience in digital, litho and large format print, merchandise, mailing and fulfilment.
  • Proven track record within the industry, either in sales or account management.
  • Ideally based in the Southeast.

Responsibilities

  • Make new business calls and handle warm leads.
  • Build rapport with existing clients to generate additional revenue.
  • Execute sales campaigns throughout the year.
  • Estimate and project plan for smooth running of projects.
  • Involved in RFI/RFPs to win tender opportunities.
  • Set and monitor revenue targets.

About the company

Digital, litho and large format state of the art printing and signage company, who specialise in print, large format display print, office branding and manifestation, promotional merchandise. A modern, can-do company with an exciting growth plan. Clients include global beauty brands, leading financial institutions, education, leisure and government.

About the role / responsibility
  • Cold Calling: Requirement to make new business calls.
  • Warm Leads: DCS use of a tele sales agency; once a lead is established, passed onto business development to nurture and develop into an account.
  • Existing Clients: Build rapport and create a relationship to generate additional revenue streams.
  • Other Lists / Campaigns: Execute a number of sales campaigns throughout the year, targeting specific vertical markets via tele sales agency; manage creativity and content for some campaigns.
  • Estimating and Project Planning: Estimate, project plan and work with the team to ensure smooth running of projects.
  • Tenders and contracts: Involved in RFI/RFPs to win tender opportunities.
  • Targets and Reporting: Target-driven operation; individuals set revenue targets regularly monitored.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience in digital, litho and large format print, merchandise, mailing and fulfilment.
  • Proven track record within the industry, either in sales or account management.
  • Team player.
  • Ideally based in the Southeast.
  • Organised and presentable.
