A leading international law firm in London is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their Markets & Growth team. This full-time, 14-month FTC role involves developing strategies for Tech and DET, managing projects, and fostering client relationships. Ashurst's Markets & Growth (M&G) team is located in major cities across EMEA, Asia Pacific and the US. We execute the firm's strategy and drive profitable growth with a specific focus on our chosen industries, markets and clients. We focus on industry solutions and client experience, driving campaigns, leveraging client insights, and managing strategic initiatives to service our client's needs.
The Technology and DET space is a key growth area for the firm and a priority in the 2027 Strategic plan.
This is a key role in the M&G team, supporting collaboration, growth and client engagement with respect to strategically important focus areas for Ashurst's Corporate team.
Reporting into the Regional Director, the individual will work closely with key partners to develop, define and execute the DET and Tech strategy.
The position requires close collaboration with other M&G teams and the broader Clients, Markets and Growth function to bring a comprehensive "whole of firm" approach to our clients.
This position also line manages and develops one Executive.
This is a parental leave cover 14 month FTC
This is a full-time, 14 month FTC role based in our London office with hybrid working.
