The role of the Business Development Manager – Commercial Roofing Services will involve:

* BDM position promoting a range of roofing and cladding refurbishment services

* Selling into Surveying Practices, Building Surveyors and Property Managers

* Building and developing working relationships with new and existing clients

* Our client wants you to identify new opportunities in London and the South, especially in the commercial property and surveying sectors

* Targeted to generate 10 qualified sales leads per months for the Estimating Team

* Dealing with projects ranging in value from £50k to £2m

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager – Commercial Roofing Services with:

* Must have construction sales experience, ideally within the roofing market sector

* Experience selling into Surveyors, Surveying Practices, and Property Managers would be highly advantageous

* Comfortable building our clients social presence and utilising your personal LinkedIn

* Sound understanding of roofing and building legislation

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Strong numerical skills

* IT literate (Microsoft Office and CRM systems like HubSpot)

* Ambitious, energetic, driven, articulate and organised individual
