Business Development Manager - Anaerobic Digestion
Location: Hybrid (monthly travel to Warwick for team meetings)
Salary: £55k + Company Car + Benefits
Our client is growing, and we're looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong background in Anaerobic Digestion (AD) and renewable energy to join their Commercial Team.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the AD and agri-energy sectors.
- Build strong relationships with customers, delivery partners, and stakeholders.
- Deliver ROI analyses, business cases, and proposals that win new orders.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM and structured sales process.
- Represent our client at exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in solution selling within AD, renewables, agri, or engineering sectors.
- Strong technical and operational knowledge of AD plants and subsystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
- Self-motivated, organised, and passionate about the energy transition.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
